We ensure the quality of our production through various inspections.
CORPORATE STRENGTH
The current production capacity is 400,000 tips per month, using 12 Rollomatic machines, with production divided between two lathes.
BLADE SHARPENING IN GENERAL
In addition, an incoming inspection is carried out on the materials supplied to us for processing, providing technical support regarding tool wear and the condition of the tips.
FINAL PROCESSING
Our staff is highly qualified, with over 30 years of experience.
Our company handles all stages of the process: from re-sharpening to washing, and coloring of the shank (the lower part of the tip) to indicate the sharpening grade.
